Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
  • Current State License as a Physical Therapist
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current CPR
  • Negative TB screen
  • Hepatitis consent/declination
  • Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist
