HUB Warranty is seeking a Quality Control Assessor to perform site reviews of residential construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in residential construction, strong knowledge of building practices, and the ability to travel for site inspections.

Job Summary
This position will be responsible to perform site reviews of single family and/or multi-family projects enrolled for home warranty while they are being constructed.
You will provide construction reviews, assessments, and inspections on potential new projects to assist with assessing risk and to provide technical construction expertise during the claims process.
