Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment
  • Read technical drawings and schematics
  • Use maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • EPA Universal or HVAC certification
  • Coordination with external contractors
  • After-hours or on-call support

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–5 years experience in facilities maintenance
  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred
