  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must identify residents correctly before administering care, record all entries descriptively, and immediately report any changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • This role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
