Job Summary
Decima International seeks a Senior Project Estimator to support greenfield data center projects through full-project budget validation and independent cost estimating.
The successful candidate must evaluate the full project estimate across all major disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
This role requires strong commercial judgment to reconcile estimates against GC/CM submissions and present clear recommendations to client stakeholders.
