Job Summary
The role is accountable for end-to-end ownership and Technical Case Management of business customer orders and incidents to drive timely outcomes.
Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of telecommunications technologies including FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, and HFC with Tier 2 troubleshooting capabilities.
This is a permanent full-time position operating within a shift rotation between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM without direct people management responsibilities.
