Develop plasma etch processes and process customer wafers using etch demo equipment, documenting the work following completion of the sample processing.
Undertake problem solving and trouble-shooting, provide regular updates on sample/demonstration work, and effectively communicate with customers and the global KLA customer support network.
Develop SPTS processes to meet the agreed specification at customer sites and provide factory-based Email support to field teams and customers on process queries.
