Provide daily support to production operations with a strong focus on personnel and equipment safety, process quality, and uptime.
Own specific manufacturing and/or quality issues, driving root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure.
Lead or support process development and launch activities for new or modified equipment, including installation, debug, runoff, validation, and handoff to operations to ensure robust, high-quality engine production.
