  • Oversee local OPEX budgets, drive end-to-end integration of Jigs and Tools with a $5M annual CAPEX budget, and ensure local performance aligns with global Center of Competence (CoC) guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or relevant field
  • 15 years of relevant aviation experience (Bachelors)
  • 13 years of relevant aviation experience (Masters)
  • 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years managing and leading teams
  • Airbus Bronze PM Certification preferred
  • PMI-PMP certificate preferred
