Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end engineering design and execution of Diageo India’s CAPEX portfolio (₹200–300 Cr annually) across bottling, process plants, distillation, utilities, infrastructure, safety & quality compliance, ESG and productivity initiatives.
  • Deliver 50–60 multi-site projects OTIF while driving standardised engineering practices, frugal automation, digitisation, and future-fit manufacturing capabilities.
  • Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/electrical Engineering
  • 10–15 years in engineering & CAPEX projects
  • 8–10 years in utilities & infrastructure
  • Experience managing large CAPEX portfolios
  • Experience delivering one greenfield and one mega brownfield project
  • Skilled in SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel
