Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
  • 0-2+ years harness/cable assembly experience
  • Familiarity with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards
  • Knowledge of NASA-STD-8739.4 requirements
  • Experience with IPC J-STD-001 standards
  • Root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • First shift availability required

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in high-rate manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency with Cirris CH2 and Weetech testers
  • Competency using Solidworks 3D CAD modeling
  • Exposure to Capital or Zuken harness design software
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma

Key Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance
  • Ability to obtain interim/final Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 0-2+ years in harness manufacturing environment
  • No visa sponsorship available
