Job Summary

  • Support the needs of the business by working with the Vice President Marketing to deliver strategic brand management, marketing and partnerships initiatives to drive the positioning and promotion of Minor Hotels and individual hotel brands.
  • The Senior Director of Brand Marketing leads and drives brand governance and global brand strategy while supporting regional brand and marketing teams, helping us achieve the company’s global development ambitions by translating business and growth objectives into impactful brand marketing strategies, programmes and partnerships that enhance brand visibility, support expansion and drive long-term commercial value.
  • Collaborate with key commercial and operational team leaders, including Development, Sales, PR, Revenue, Digital, eCommerce and Operations, to identify opportunities to enhance the brand experience across the customer journey and drive consumer preference and growth through data driven insights an understanding of consumer needs and industry trends.
