Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
Basic electrical maintenance
Use of hand and power tools
Operate production equipment
Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of AC/DC theory and motor protection
Familiarity with production facility systems
Reading mechanical and electrical schematics
Team player with problem-solving skills
Continuous improvement participation
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years related hands-on maintenance experience or relevant certification
Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Successful completion of background, drug, and medical screening
