Obtaining vital signs and weights
Patient repositioning and ambulation
Maintaining intake and output measurements

Working in a Magnet designated hospital
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
BLS – Basic Life Support certification
Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Student with clinical rotation
Three months clinical care experience
Completion of Winchester Hospital Clinical Associate Training Program
