Salary
Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Commission based off department/net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & PTO, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), ESPP, Wellness Programs

Key Requirements
2-3 years Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience
Toyota Brand experience highly preferred
Spanish speaking preferred
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
