This role offers hands-on experience in annual compensation cycles, HR data analytics, and system maintenance within a multinational corporate environment.
The intern will support the rollout of HR campaigns including Performance Review, Salary Review, and Bonus cycles while managing employee inquiries.
Candidates must demonstrate strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality while assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
