  • Certification as Water Safety Instructor from American Red Cross or three years competitive swimming experience
  • American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer or equivalent within 30 days of hiring
  • At least 15 years of age and enrolled in High School
  • One year experience teaching swim lessons or competitive swimming
