Job Summary
You will be a Technical Quality Assurance Leader within the engineering team, helping us build high-quality digital products while driving a modern automation-first QA strategy.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale automated testing frameworks across Web, API, Performance, and Visual testing.
You will lead, mentor, and performance-manage QA engineers and automation specialists while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
7–10 years Software Quality Assurance experience
2+ years leadership experience

Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with performance and accessibility testing standards
