Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising all aspects related to manufacturing, whether it is finished product, subassembly and automated areas.
  • Ensure the improvement of production systems, methods and processes with the aim of reducing operational costs and generating made valuable contributions to the product.
  • Total administration of the department's personnel through the different levels of supervisors that promote a good work environment and associate happiness, for the different categories of personnel both exempt and scheduled.
