Job Summary
Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, collaborating with teams across the bank to align operational processes.
Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks, identify areas for improvement, and develop reports on operational performance for senior stakeholders.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for priority clients, owning client-facing escalation handling and driving disciplined incident ownership with clear root-cause analysis and remediation planning.
