Job Summary

  • Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, collaborating with teams across the bank to align operational processes.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks, identify areas for improvement, and develop reports on operational performance for senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for priority clients, owning client-facing escalation handling and driving disciplined incident ownership with clear root-cause analysis and remediation planning.
