Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio5000 expertise
Preventative and corrective maintenance
Reading wiring diagrams and control schematics
Experience with sensors, VFDs, and HMIs
Safety PLC and machine safeguarding knowledge
Nice-to-have
Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory experience
SCADA, MES, or Industrial IoT familiarity
Robotics exposure (Fanuc, KUKA)
Motion control systems knowledge
Continuous improvement and RCA participation
Mentoring junior technicians
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience
Associate degree or technical diploma in related field
PLC programming certification or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Ethernet/IP and ProfiNet networking
