Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, verifying resident identity, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The position requires a licensed Medication Aide, a high school education or equivalent, and the ability to interpret medical instructions and maintain resident confidentiality.
