The Clinical Staff Leader is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team, leading a cohort of staff members and actively participating in overall management of the unit.
Key responsibilities include developing, managing and evaluating the area based on work team performance, acting as a clinical leader, and facilitating education for staff on clinical standards.
