Job Summary

  • This role coordinates end-to-end recruitment and hiring, including requisitions, advertising, screening, testing, interviews, reference checks, job offers, contracts, onboarding, and maintaining accurate staff records in Workday.
  • It also supports contract and probation management, staff administration, confidentiality, and Christian ministry activities in line with World Vision PNG policies.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HR/Administration experience
  • Familiarity with HR functions and systems
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS
  • Certificate/Diploma in HR or Business
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Teams/Skype
