Salary

$150,000.00-250,000.00 annually; Performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years Dealership F&I Manager experience
• High-volume store experience REQUIRED
• Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIRED
• Attention to detail and CIT REQUIRED
• Team player that works well with others REQUIRED
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIRED
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
