Job Summary
You will initiate and coordinate the preparation of numerical and descriptive data for mandatory HR reporting according to external regulator requirements.
You will prepare analyses and reports on employee costs for planning and internal bank needs, and plan, monitor, and develop forecasts for personnel and material costs.
This position may be yours if you have higher education (preferably in finance or economics) and strong analytical thinking skills.
