Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in the planning and conducting of individual, small, and large group activities while maintaining accurate attendance records and monthly activity schedules.
The position requires assisting with discharge planning, developing activity care plans, and arranging necessary transportation for resident outings and appointments.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
