Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
  • Essential duties include participating in the planning and conducting of individual, small, and large group activities while maintaining accurate attendance records and monthly activity schedules.
  • The position requires assisting with discharge planning, developing activity care plans, and arranging necessary transportation for resident outings and appointments.
