  • This position is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support to Stanley Access Technologies manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, improved quality, and safety with a focus on overall plant productivity.
  • Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements that serve to achieve Plant Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost targets, applying lean manufacturing principles and driving a Kaizen culture.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering / Technology or related technical field
  • 5+ years experience in a related engineering position
  • Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
