Key Requirements
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Scientific experience
Associate’s degree and 4 years of Scientific experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Scientific experience
Master’s degree and 0 years of Scientific experience
M.S. in organic chemistry or biochemistry/chemical biology
Prior experience with ADC development
Proficiency in analytical characterization techniques
