Must-have
8+ years application production support experience
Strong understanding of Large Language Models LLMs
Experience with ServiceNow incident problem change management
Ability to lead L2/L3 support teams and escalations
Knowledge of AI agents workflows and prompt engineering
Nice-to-have
Experience with red teaming LLMs for vulnerabilities
Familiarity with Python scripting or automation
Background in financial services regulated environments
Knowledge of AI safety validation and bias detection
Exposure to LLM evaluation frameworks like Ragas
