Job Summary

• Lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals by developing and implementing proactive EHSS systems.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHSS matters, providing guidance and input to the Plant Leadership Team for annual goals and objectives.
• Promote associate safety engagement, manage EHSS internal self-assessments, and act as a liaison to government agencies, emergency responders, and customers.

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of EHSS learnings and experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience
• CSP or CIH professional certifications preferred
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Safety Management Systems
