Key Requirements
3+ years of manufacturing experience (welding, heat treatment, bellows forming)
5+ years of manufacturing environment experience
Strong understanding of welding processes (TIG, OTW, Seam welding)
Knowledge of heat treatment processes and equipment
Experience with precision metal forming (bellows manufacturing)
Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, AS9100, D17.1)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
