Our Early Career Program is aimed at graduates of all disciplines who are looking for diverse tasks in an international environment and enjoy exchanging and negotiating with international brokers and customers, analyzing key figures, and creating insurance policies.
In addition to training-on-the-job, you will regularly participate in global workshops and networking events and get to know AIG colleagues worldwide.
