Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Doctorate level degree in medical or clinical field
Oncology therapeutic area experience
Fluent speaking Dutch and English
60-75% travel capability for multi-state territory
Experience engaging HCPs and KOLs
Peer-to-peer scientific dialogue skills
Nice-to-have
Direct patient care decision-making authority
High computer literacy including AI usage
Budgeting and forecasting acumen
Change initiative implementation experience
Team performance management skills
Key Requirements
Doctorate (Pharm D, PhD, MD) or MS advanced science degree
Minimum 2 years pharmacology/pharmacotherapy experience in humans
Prior oncology or pharmaceutical industry experience required
Must reside within the assigned territory
Fluency in both Dutch and English languages
