Job Summary

  • In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing agile and timely treatment to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in the operational and Integral Management System manuals.
  • Attend, guide, and direct passengers at each point of contact, according to procedures, to ensure safe flight operations and quality service.
  • Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations by performing assigned functions to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
