Job Summary

• The Associate Director / Director, Investigator Engagement is responsible for leading and managing a team of Clinical Research Leads within a defined geography to ensure clinical trials are executed according to scientific objectives and local requirements.
• They are accountable for high quality interactions with global clinical trial sites and vendors, recruitment and development of the Investigator Engagement Team, and driving a culture of inspection readiness and continuous improvement.
• The role requires collaboration with external bodies to understand regulatory environments and involves managing budgets, resources, and risk plans to meet clinical trial enrollment and database lock commitments.
