Job Summary
Review and approve employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Manage the collection and validation of supporting documents and appropriate accounting coding for vendor payments.
Partner with the GL accountant, cashier, and other finance functions across Greater China to support audits, system enhancements, reconciliations, and other ad hoc assignments.
