Job Summary

  • The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases will integrate into a long standing and progressive system-wide Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP), including a robust ID Pharmacist team, ID PGY2 pharmacy residents and a collaborative ID Medical Division.
  • This specialist will have inpatient ID responsibilities, joining a team of colleagues that rotate coverage of CRMH stewardship, community hospital stewardship, and ID consult team services.
