  • As a Global Early Talent Program in Finance participant, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start.
  • The program is made up of three assignments in different roles: one nine-month assignment in your home country, one six-month assignment abroad, and one nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business.

Key Requirements
