Key Requirements

  • 2+ years healthcare scheduling experience OR 1+ year customer service in healthcare/contact center AND 1+ year UKHS patient service scheduling
  • Proven knowledge of EPIC EMR scheduling or other scheduling systems
  • College coursework towards Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years records keeping (medical field preferred)
  • 3-5 years in a healthcare facility
  • Bilingual candidates may be required to provide documented proof of competencies
