Job Summary

• The Senior Cybersecurity Network Engineer is an independent contributing IT professional within the Network Engineering family developing and applying technical expertise in two or more IT disciplines that support the Cook Children’s Health Care System (CCHCS) technical infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include configuring, testing, and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment and related services, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
• This role supports the CCHCS LAN/WAN environment, including daily maintenance, problem resolution, operating system patches, software upgrades, routine hardware configuration, and participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
