Job Summary
You are responsible for Business Performance Management, establishing and maintaining the business performance management system, supporting the business team in win-loss analysis, and driving execution of improvement actions to systematically improve the win rate.
Drive Commercial Excellence by partnering with the business team to deliver strategic transformations, such as the High-Value Customers Program, and connecting and collaborating with BU Commercial Excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have strategic and logical thinking, strong business acumen, sensitivity to data, strong data analytics capability, and at least eight years of experience in Operation, Sales, Strategy, or business development.
