Must-have
DDC controllers and HVAC control devices
Low-voltage control wiring installation
BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks protocols
Read electrical drawings and diagrams
Nice-to-have
Customer interaction abilities
Collaborate with contractors and managers
Key Requirements
2–5+ years of experience with BAS/DDC/HVAC controls
Hands-on experience with Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Distech
Understanding of HVAC fundamentals and control sequences
