Must-have
Board certification as NP or PA-C
Current Virginia licensure required
First assist in spine surgical procedures
Comprehensive history and physical exams
Pre-operative and post-operative care

Previous orthopedic or spine experience preferred
Surgical first assist experience preferred
Collaborative team-based practice model
Commitment to patient-centered care
Strong clinical judgment skills
