Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for lawyers interested in working in a collaborative and high performing team advising on some of the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.
Your role will typically include: Acting for significant players in the energy and infrastructure sector on key documents such as offtake and power purchase agreements, connection agreements, construction documents, operating and maintenance arrangements, development agreements and energy and green product trades.
At Allens we have a hybrid working structure, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home.
