Job Summary

  • Develop and execute company-level pricing and access strategies for all on-market brands and new assets, with strategic coverage spanning from early clinical phases (PH1) through post-launch, to ensure effective launch, lifecycle management, and value optimization.
  • Develop and implement payer evidence strategies by collaborating with R&D, Medical, and Early Commercial teams, oversee health economic research projects to support reimbursement, policy advocacy, hospital access, and promotional initiatives, and provide expert advice on NRDL health economic evaluation rules.
  • Build and develop high-performing and diverse team with strong talent pipeline, Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation, Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Mandarin and English
