Job Summary
Develop and execute company-level pricing and access strategies for all on-market brands and new assets, with strategic coverage spanning from early clinical phases (PH1) through post-launch, to ensure effective launch, lifecycle management, and value optimization.
Develop and implement payer evidence strategies by collaborating with R&D, Medical, and Early Commercial teams, oversee health economic research projects to support reimbursement, policy advocacy, hospital access, and promotional initiatives, and provide expert advice on NRDL health economic evaluation rules.
Build and develop high-performing and diverse team with strong talent pipeline, Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation, Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Mandarin and English
