Job Summary
This role involves determining donor eligibility, managing adverse events, and reviewing laboratory test results to ensure high-quality plasma collection.
Candidates must be available to work every other weekend from 7:00 AM–4:30 PM as well as Monday through Friday shifts between 6:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Base: $24.32 - $33.44 per hour; Bonus: $2,500 Sign On Bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, up to 80 hours sick time, 120 hours vacation

Key Requirements
Current EMT-Paramedic license in the state of assignment
High school diploma or recognized nursing program equivalent
Current CPR and AED certification
State requirements for basic IV therapy fulfillment
Two years of clinical or hospital setting experience
Completion of FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
