Job Summary
Advance and maintain Visa’s CMDB functionality by developing on the ServiceNow platform CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and other CMDB related components within an Agile framework.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS, ingest data from various sources, and write complex SQL queries to support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
Work with a global team to resolve issues using the ServiceNow Incident management process, expand knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, and educate end-users on platform effectiveness.

Key Requirements
5+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with Advanced Degree
8+ years relevant work experience
Direct work experience troubleshooting ServiceNow platform issues
Effective writing and communication skills
8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and CMDB experience
