A $50,000 sign-on bonus is available for new grads and external candidates joining the Rutledge Tower Ambulatory Surgery team.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs approved programs
Certified or recertified by National Board on Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
Master's degree or higher with concentration in Nurse Anesthesia (hired after March 1, 2019)
Current APRN license eligible to practice in South Carolina
Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
