Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs approved programs
  • Certified or recertified by National Board on Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
  • Master's degree or higher with concentration in Nurse Anesthesia (hired after March 1, 2019)
  • Current APRN license eligible to practice in South Carolina
  • Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
