Job Summary
This temporary position involves conducting field investigations, reviewing complaints, interviewing witnesses, and gathering factual data for the North Carolina State Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board.
Responsibilities include responding to communications, consulting with staff and counsel, monitoring investigations, overseeing licensees' corrective actions, and maintaining investigative files.
The role requires evaluating compliance with the Board's governing statute and administrative rules, and reporting findings to the COI committee.
